At the time we provide two shipping methods: 1st Class Mail Service & Priority Mail Service. The order processing time is 24-48 hours after we receive your order. All weekend orders will be processed on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.
1st Class Mail Delivery - $8.95
If you choose 1st Class Mail Service you will be provided with a tracking number which allows you to track your order online. 1st Class Mail Service Delivery time is a maximum of 10 days plus order processing time. Your tracking number will start working one your package is at the destination post office, it is more less a delivery confirmation. If you dont receive your order in 10 business days we will reship your order for free.
Priority Mail Delivery - $20.00
If you choose Priority Mail Delivery you will be provided with a tracking number which allows you to track your order online. Priority Mail Delivery delivery time is a maximum of 5 days plus order processing time. Your tracking number will start working in 2 business days. If the tracking number doesnít start working in the next 4 business days we will reship your order for free.

Whenever dealing with international pharmacies, you should order medicines a month before you will need them to allow for any unexpected delays with the customs or postal service.
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as it is sent for processing immediately, and usually ships in 24 hrs- 48hrs from the time of order.
Refunds and Returns
We make every attempt to ship the correct products but in the event you do not receive the correct product(s) you asked for, you may ask us for one Free Reshipment of the correct ordered product(s). We can NOT accept returns as it is illegal to return pharmaceutical products in most countries. If the second reshipment does not reach you and you would prefer a refund of your monies paid, you must contact us within 30 days from the second reshipment date to organise your refund.
