Shipping Questions
How long does it take to get my order?
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours and shipped immediately. It usually takes 3-5 days for your medication to be delivered from our local office. If our local office is out of stock, your orders are shipped directly from our overseas manufacture by International Registered Mail and could take up to 10-14 business days to be delivered.
What if I have not received my order or not happy with it?
Please contact us with the phone number on the "Contact Us" page and we will call you right back and take care of all concerns. If any chargebacks are done with out proper communication with us, customers will pay all fees that pertain to chargebacks.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. Shipments on international orders can be sent from either our US office or one located overseas. Note:
Do you ship orders everyday?
Our pharmacy ships orders Monday-Friday between 9 am and 5pm. If you place an order after 4pm on Friday, or on the weekend it will not be processed until the following Monday.
Are PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military addresses acceptable to ship to?
Yes. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Military addresses. A signature is required using USPS on all our packages.
What is printed on the outside of every package?
We use USPS "Flat Rate Mail" envelopes and labels. The outside of all the orders are discreetly labeled with no mention of "Pharmacy or Medication". International orders require customs documentation with every package. Larger packages may be shipped in plastic bubble wrap packages or Plain Boxes.
What if I dont pick up my package and it gets returned to sender?
Your package will get re-sent to you, and you will be charged a $15.00 re-shipping fee.
What if my package get stopped in customs?
We will reship your package for free until delivered, but if you want a refund instead you will get a full refund on the product price not to include shipping charges.
